Earlier he was associated with Army Welfare Education Society and giving training on latest innovation in Education to principals, teachers and B.Ed students all over India.
Workshop summary :
A workshop was organized by the Principal of Pinewood School, Saharanpur on the topic “Multiple Intelligence”. The various techniques were discussed in the workshop using which a teacher can achieve interest of each and every student of the class. The eight major areas of Multiple Intelligence namely: Linguistic, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Naturalistic, bodily-kinesthetic, logical-mathematical, musical, spatial. Teachers & B.Ed Interns of Faculty of Education Glocal University got several fresh and innovative ideas on how they can create interest of students in the class. These strategies are based on the Multiple Intelligences theory developed by Howard Gardner in 1983 that all people have within them many "intelligences" or capabilities.
The conclusion of the workshop was that teachers who use multiple intelligence strategies in their classrooms address the dominant intelligences of all their students by presenting subject matter in ways that use language, numbers, physical surroundings, sound, the body, and social skills.
